Quinte West Man Arrested for Impaired Driving Following Intersection Incident

The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Quinte West Detachment responded to reports of the vehicle at approximately 10:00 a.m. on November 28, 2025.
Matthew Saunders was arrested on the scene and subsequently brought to the detachment for testing, where he was charged with operation while impaired by drug.
