As a precautionary measure, Young received a 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension (ADLS) and his vehicle was impounded for seven days, in line with Ontario’s strict laws aimed at deterring impaired driving. He has since been released from custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound on November 20, 2025.
