Three Injured in North Middlesex Two-Vehicle Collision

On October 16, 2025, a two-vehicle collision in North Middlesex sent three individuals to hospital, although their injuries were reported as non-life-threatening. The incident took place at approximately 11:30 a.m. at the intersection of Nairn and Centre Roads, where two Sport Utility Vehicles (SUVs) collided.

Emergency responders from the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Middlesex-London Paramedic Service, and North Middlesex Fire were dispatched to the scene following reports of a serious accident. Upon arrival, they found one of the SUVs had rolled into a nearby field, while the second vehicle was engulfed in flames at the intersection.

The rapid response of emergency services ensured that the injured parties received prompt medical attention, and all three individuals were subsequently transported to hospital with injuries that, thankfully, were not life-threatening.

Due to the severity of the collision and the aftermath involving a fire, the intersection was closed for approximately six hours to allow for a thorough investigation by the OPP. Thankfully, the intersection has since reopened to traffic as investigations continue into the cause of the crash.

The OPP have not released further details regarding the circumstances leading to the collision, but they are actively investigating to determine the factors that contributed to this unfortunate incident.

As always, the OPP encourage anyone with information related to the collision to come forward, emphasizing the importance of community involvement in keeping roads safe.
