OPP Seek Public Help to Locate Missing 14-Year-Old Frank Penner from Bayham, Ontario
The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) from the Elgin County detachment are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing teenager. Fourteen-year-old Frank (Franz) Penner was reported missing after leaving his home in Vienna, located in the Municipality of Bayham, on the morning of October 16, 2025.
At approximately 9:15 a.m., Frank took his family’s white 2013 Ford Focus, which bears the Ontario licence plate DHFS 974. His family is understandably concerned for his safety and well-being, prompting the OPP to issue a public appeal for help in finding him.
Frank is described as a white male, standing around 5 feet 6 inches tall with a slim build. He has light brown hair and green eyes. At the time he went missing, he was wearing a black Jordan sweatshirt and black pants.
The OPP have released a photograph of Frank to aid in the search and encourage anyone who may have seen him or have information regarding his whereabouts to step forward.
