Police Seek Witnesses After Hit-and-Run Incident in Huron-Kinloss


On October 4, 2025, at approximately 6:36 p.m., a troubling incident unfolded in Huron-Kinloss, Ontario, as the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a collision involving a pick-up truck. The accident occurred near the intersection of Highway 21 and Concession 2, where the truck struck a hydro pole and subsequently fled the scene with the help of another individual.

The second vehicle is a light-coloured GMC pick-up truck equipped with a cap, also driven by a male approximately in the same age range, who was wearing a baseball cap, a short-sleeve shirt, and jean shorts.

Police are particularly keen on gathering any additional information that could help lead to the identification of the individuals involved in this incident. Witnesses or anyone who may have seen the vehicles traveling westbound on Concession 2 toward Point Clark are encouraged to step forward and share what they know.
