Serious Collision on Bruce Road 1 Involves Farm Tractor and Pickup Truck


A serious motor vehicle collision occurred on Bruce Road 1 in Huron-Kinloss on the evening of October 13, 2025, involving a farm tractor and a pickup truck with a trailer. The incident was reported to the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) at approximately 8:30 p.m., leading to a rapid response from law enforcement, Bruce County Paramedic Services, and Huron-Kinloss Fire & Emergency Services.

Upon arrival at the scene, emergency responders discovered the operator of the tractor had sustained serious injuries. The individual was swiftly transported to a local hospital for initial treatment before being airlifted to a trauma centre in London for more advanced care.

As a result of the collision, Bruce Road 1 has been closed to traffic between Bruce Road 6 and Grey Ox Avenue, creating significant disruptions in the area. Authorities are expected to provide updates as the investigation progresses.
