The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a fatal collision that occurred on Highway 17 in McKerrow, Ontario, on Sunday, October 5, 2025. The incident took place around 3:20 p.m. and involved a single vehicle.

Emergency responders from the Manitoulin Detachment of the OPP arrived at the scene to find two individuals pronounced dead. Another individual was transported to the hospital with injuries that have not been publicly disclosed.
