In a significant police operation, two individuals have been arrested following a break and enter at a retail business in Exeter, Ontario. The incident occurred in the early hours of September 26, 2025, when the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to reports of suspicious activity at a compound located on Main Street South.

Just before 3:00 a.m., officers discovered a rental truck that had been backed into the property, raising immediate concerns. Upon their arrival, police observed one suspect fleeing on foot. Further investigation revealed that the rental truck had been reported stolen from London. Inside the vehicle, officers found a rifle and a replica handgun, which raised alarms about the intentions of the suspects.
