He has shaggy dirty blond hair and was last seen wearing dark blue pants and a matching dark blue shirt. At the time of his disappearance, he was carrying a bag emblazoned with the logo of the Pine River Institute, a facility known for its focus on youth rehabilitation.

He was reportedly last seen near River Road in the vicinity of Hornings Mills, having left on foot in an unknown direction. Notably, Colin does not possess a cell phone, which raises concerns for his safety.
