Serious Collision in Puslinch Township Sends Three to Hospital


A serious motor vehicle collision occurred late on September 30, 2025, in Puslinch Township, resulting in three individuals being sent to hospital. The Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to the scene of the accident involving a sports utility vehicle (SUV) and a sedan at approximately 9:30 p.m.

The collision took place at the intersection of Sideroad 10 North and Laird Road West, leading to the closure of the intersection while emergency services managed the situation. Fortunately, the intersection has since been reopened.

According to the OPP, the driver of the SUV, a 21-year-old resident of Puslinch, sustained minor, non-life-threatening injuries. The driver of the sedan, a 30-year-old from Breslau, was taken to hospital as a precaution. However, the most concerning injuries were suffered by a 29-year-old passenger in the sedan, also from Breslau, who is reported to have sustained serious, life-altering injuries.

The OPP’s Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement (T.I.M.E.) team is now involved in the investigation to determine the circumstances leading to the collision.
