The first individual is described as a male wearing a hooded sweatshirt, gloves, and carrying a backpack while riding a bicycle. The second individual, whose gender is unknown, was seen wearing a light-coloured hooded sweatshirt, a winter hat, and light-coloured pants, also riding a bicycle during the incident.
