BAYHAM, ON – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are reaching out to the community for assistance in locating a missing 14-year-old boy named Frank (Franz) from Vienna, a small community within the Municipality of Bayham in Elgin County. Frank was reported missing after he left home around 5:00 PM on September 19, 2025, and has not returned since.

The concern for Frank’s well-being has escalated, leading his family to request the public’s help in finding him. The OPP has provided a description of the missing teen to aid in the search: Frank is a white male, approximately 5’6” with a slim build, light brown hair, and green eyes.
