OPP Seek Public Help in Locating Missing 14-Year-Old Frank from Bayham, Ontario
BAYHAM, ON – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are reaching out to the community for assistance in locating a missing 14-year-old boy named Frank (Franz) from Vienna, a small community within the Municipality of Bayham in Elgin County. Frank was reported missing after he left home around 5:00 PM on September 19, 2025, and has not returned since.
